Simona Tersigni received her JD from the University of Ottawa and was a summer law student at Chernos Flaherty Svonkin LLP in 2024.

During law school, Simona worked as a research assistant for Dr. Stefanie Carsley, specializing in the area of surrogacy law and completed a Legislative Internship at the Senate, working in the Office of the Honourable Senator Yvonne Boyer. Prior to attending law school, Simona graduated with High Distinction from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Arts, with a major in Criminology and minor in Political Science and Music History.
