Claire Wortsman joined Chernos Flaherty Svonkin LLP after both summering and articling at the firm,
gaining experience in a range of complex commercial disputes, oppression matters, and employment and estates litigation. Claire received her JD from Osgoode Hall Law School.
While at Osgoode, Claire worked as a Research Assistant for the Intellectual Property Law and Technology Program, served as Senior Editor at the IPilogue, and was a Clinic Fellow at the Innovation Clinic. In her final year of study, Claire was a member of Osgoode’s Phillip C. Jessup International Law Moot team. Upon graduation, she was awarded the Honourable N.W. Rowell Prize in Public International Law and recognized for her contributions to the IPilogue. Prior to attending Osgoode, Claire completed her undergraduate degree in International Studies at Boston College.
