Claire Wortsman is developing a broad civil litigation practice.
Claire joined Chernos Flaherty Svonkin LLP as an Associate after summering and articling at the firm, gaining experience in a variety of complex commercial disputes. Claire received her JD from Osgoode Hall Law School, where she worked as a Research Assistant for the Intellectual Property Law and Technology Program, served as Senior Editor at the IPilogue, and was a Clinic Fellow at the Innovation Clinic. In her final year of study, Claire was a member of Osgoode’s Phillip C. Jessup International Law Moot team. Upon graduation, she was awarded the Honourable N.W. Rowell Prize in Public International Law and recognized for her contributions to the IPilogue. Prior to attending Osgoode, Claire graduated from the International Studies program at Boston College.
