Adam Zur has a broad civil litigation practice with an emphasis on commercial disputes. Adam
has experience with shareholder and oppression claims, fraud, insurance, contract, and real
estate litigation. Adam has appeared as counsel before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice
and the Ontario Court of Appeal. He has also assisted with matters before the Federal Court
and Federal Court of Appeal. Prior to joining Chernos Flaherty Svonkin LLP, Adam spent over
three years as an associate at Bennett Jones LLP in Toronto.
Adam received his law degree from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law. He also holds a
Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies from the University of Western Ontario,
where he was awarded the Diamond Jubilee Alumni Gold Medal. Adam was called to the
Ontario bar in 2019.
